Dr Nick Ford, BA, PhD

Academic Consultant: Senior Lecturer in Human Geography, University of Exeter. Principal research interests in sexual and reproductive health, HIV prevention, sexual lifestyles. Has worked extensively with Health Authorities in the UK, NGOs, Ministries of Health, Particular overseas resarch experience in South East Asia and South America. Wide experience of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, needs assessment and evaluation of health and health-related programmes.

Dr Mike Kelly B.Sc, M.Sc, PhD, MRTPI, MCIM

Planning Consultant: Chartered Town Planner and Member Chartered Institute of Management. Professional town planner. Research interests include the evaluation of planning policy, the sustainable development agenda, rural diversification and the contribution of parish and town councils to the planning process. Planning advisor to the Devon Association of Parish Councils and Community Council for Devon. Expertise in planning appeals, project development, the drafting of development and design statements and role as expert witness in planning inquiries.
