Project Evaluation

The focus of team members working on evaluation research has been on projects targeting health and social exclusion. Members of RAE Consulting have forged close collaborative links with key NHS, local government and voluntary constituencies in the South West and have undertaken commissioned work on both inter-agency partnership working at the strategic and operational levels and on the effectiveness and impact of local projects. These include projects targeting vulnerable children and young people, older people, disadvantaged communities and service access problems.

Hallmarks of the evaluation research undertaken to date includes the integration of formative and summative evaluation and a belief that capacity building, facilitation and iterative feedback are core components of high-quality, ethically-sound evaluation design. We have also specialised in building internal monitoring and evaluation capacity (which can be carried forward after the completion of an evaluation).

We have a very strong record in the production of high quality independent evaluation reports that enable the knowledge gained from local project experiences to be disseminated.  We are also committed to involving at first hand senior members of our team in evaluation work in order to ensure quality and timely delivery.

If you would like to discuss ideas about getting support to develop your own internal monitoring and evaluation activities or commissioning an independent evaluation of your project, please contact us.
